This is another image from our Spring trip. We had worked our way up to the parcours and crossed the lake to climb at Guillaume. As we turned the corner towards the tete de Lucy, we saw this wave of cloud spilling over from the Orcières valley onto the peaks to the north of Chabriere. We traced the ridge-line to take a closer look. Sublime moments like this keep bringing us back to the mountains, year after year. Sometimes, all one can do is sit back in admiration.
